Shipping policy

All local UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Our goal is to have orders sent out within 5 to 7 business days (Monday-Friday)—we’re a small team and press items to order, so a little patience is appreciated. Once your order is in the post, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Orders to the EU are shipped via Royal Mail for £10.00. Please allow a few extra days to receive your parcel. Once your order is in the post, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

At the moment, NaeName only ships within the UK and EU. If you’d like to place an order outside of these regions, send us a message.
