What materials and printing methods do you use?

We use premium heavyweight organic cotton t-shirts. These unisex t-shirts are 220 gsm and are regular fit. Our sustainable graphic tees are designed and DTF printed at our local Glasgow t-shirt studio.

Please note, product photos are taken on various sized t-shirts and the design sizes may look slightly different on your tshirt. Please be aware colour from screen to print may also slightly differ.

How do I know what size to order?

Are taxes and shipping included in the price of t-shirts?

How long does delivery take (UK Shipping)?

All NaeName graphic tees are printed to order. We're a small independent Glasgow t-shirt brand, so we ask for up to 5 business days from the time you place you order. This allows us to time to print and send your order out. That said, we aim to have your orders shipped as soon as possible.

Once your order ships, you’ll get tracking details via email.

• UK (mainland): Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, so typically 2–3 working days once your order has shipped.
  

Do you ship internationally?

We ship throughout select countries in the EU. International shipping costs and delivery times vary. Once your order ships, you’ll get tracking details via email. Please remember, import duties or customs charges may apply in your country, and unfortunately, are out of our hands. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.

Can I return a t-shirt?

We're happy to accept returns as long as the items are:

• Unworn, unwashed, and with original packaging intact.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
• You cover return postage (unless faulty or incorrect item).
• If your t-shirt has any defects, send us an email at naenameapparel@gmail.com.

How do you care for a DTF print graphic t-shirt?

To help preserve the lifespan of your DTF graphic tees, follow these steps:

• Turn it inside out before washing.
• Use cold water and a gentle cycle.
• Use gentle detergents and skip fabric softener when washing your DTF t-shirts.
• Air drying is the best way to dry DTF graphic tees. Avoid tumbling drying.
• Never iron directly on the print. Turn the tee inside out before ironing.

Please note: Because we use a heat press to print our t-shirt designs, you might notice slight outlines on your graphic tee, especially on black t-shirts. Don't worry - these marks are just fibres that were flattened when the t-shirt was pressed. They'll come out when wearing or after a wash.
